Dulay (pronounced as Dulai or Dulay) (also doo-leh) is a prominent clan in the Philippines where Doylly/Dulay from England is spelled as Dula in ancient Manila because there is no letter Y in ancient Baybayin, the ancient Filipino native alphabet.
