GAUTENG – Four accused, Dr Danisa Baloyi (63), Dominic Ntsele (52), Bibi Hawa Khan (48), and Abubaker Ebrahim Khan (46) appeared before the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday facing charges of fraud and theft.

Dr Baloyi and the other three co-accused handed themselves in at the Serious Commercial Crime Investigation offices in Johannesburg on Wednesday.

They were then charged accordingly and subsequently appeared in court.

This follows a 2018 investigation by the Hawks after it emerged that in March 2017, Dr Baloyi who is a former president of Black Business Council (BBC), approached Airports Company South Africa (ACSA)’s Executives for a Radical Economic Transformation campaign for fundraising donation of R5 million.
